Data protection declaration
Unless stated otherwise below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually obligatory, nor required for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide your data. Not providing it will have no consequences. This only applies as long as the processing procedures below do not state otherwise. “Personal data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Server log files
You can use our websites without submitting personal data. Every time our website is accessed, user data is transferred to us or our web hosts/IT service providers by your internet browser and stored in server log files. Contact us at any time. Our contact details can be found in our imprint. Proactive contact via email If you make contact with us proactively via email, we shall collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) only to the extent provided by you. The purpose of the data processing is to handle and respond to your contact request. If the initial contact serves to implement pre-contractual measures (e.g. consultation in the case of purchase interest, order creation) or concerns an agreement already concluded between you and us, this data processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If the initial contact occurs for other reasons, this data processing takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purposes of our overriding, legitimate interest in handling and responding to your request. In this case, on grounds relating to your particular situation, you have the right to object at any time to this processing of personal data concerning you and carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We will only use your email address to process your request. Your data will subsequently be deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have agreed to further processing and use.
Collection and processing when using the contact form
When you use the contact form we will only collect your personal data (name, email address, message text) in the scope provided by you. The data processing is for the purpose of making contact. By submitting your message you agree to the processing of your transmitted data. Processing will be carried out on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent.You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. We will only use your email address to process your request. Finally your data will be deleted, unless you have agreed to further processing and use.
Offer e-mails (newsletter) and double opt-in
If you sign up for our offers on our website, we use your e-mail address to send you offers for trade customers once a week. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use the double opt-in procedure: you only receive offers after you have clicked the link in our confirmation e-mail and confirmed the sign-up on the page that follows. As proof of your consent we store the time of sign-up and of confirmation, the IP address, the browser (user agent), the page of sign-up and the wording of the consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in being able to prove consent, Art. 7(1) GDPR). Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
We analyse whether our e-mails are opened and which links are clicked in order to improve our offers. This is based on your consent.
Existing customers: if you have bought goods from us, we may send offers for similar goods to the e-mail address you gave us in that context (§ 7(3) UWG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time — via the link in every e-mail or by e-mail to info@nealsgmbh.de — without any costs other than the basic transmission rates.
Service providers: for managing contacts and sending, we use the software CoTrade of Copago Market Private Limited, India (copagomarket.com), as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). It uses Amazon Web Services as a sub-processor: e-mails are sent via Amazon Simple Email Service from servers in Frankfurt am Main; contact data is stored on AWS servers in the USA. Transfers to India and the USA take place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR); Amazon Web Services, Inc. is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by e-mail to info@nealsgmbh.de. After withdrawal you will receive no further offers. We then keep your address only on a block list so that you are not contacted again, and the proof of your earlier consent until the limitation periods expire.

Wir nutzen das Double-Opt-in-Verfahren: Erst nachdem Sie den Link in unserer Bestätigungs-E-Mail angeklickt und die Anmeldung auf der folgenden Seite bestätigt haben, erhalten Sie Angebote. Zum Nachweis Ihrer Einwilligung speichern wir Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung und der Bestätigung, die IP-Adresse, den Browser (User-Agent), die Seite der Anmeldung und den Wortlaut der Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, berechtigtes Interesse am Nachweis der Einwilligung, Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO). Wir werten aus, ob unsere E-Mails geöffnet und welche Links angeklickt werden, um unser Angebot zu verbessern. Dies erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung.
Bestandskunden: Wenn Sie bei uns Waren gekauft haben, können wir Ihnen an die dabei erhaltene E-Mail-Adresse Angebote für ähnliche Waren senden (§ 7 Abs. 3 UWG, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Sie können dem jederzeit widersprechen — über den Link in jeder E-Mail oder per E-Mail an info@nealsgmbh.de —, ohne dass hierfür andere als die Übermittlungskosten nach den Basistarifen entstehen.
Dienstleister: Für die Kontaktverwaltung und den Versand nutzen wir die Software CoTrade der Copago Market Private Limited, Indien (copagomarket.com), als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO). Diese setzt Amazon Web Services als Unterauftragsverarbeiter ein: Der Versand erfolgt über Amazon Simple Email Service von Servern in Frankfurt am Main; die Kontaktdaten werden auf AWS-Servern in den USA gespeichert. Übermittlungen nach Indien und in die USA erfolgen auf Grundlage von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO); Amazon Web Services, Inc. ist zudem unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.
Widerruf: Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen — über den Abmeldelink in jeder E-Mail oder per E-Mail an info@nealsgmbh.de. Nach dem Widerruf erhalten Sie keine Angebote mehr. Ihre Adresse speichern wir dann nur noch in einer Sperrliste, damit Sie nicht erneut angeschrieben werden, sowie den Nachweis der früheren Einwilligung bis zum Ablauf der Verjährungsfristen.
